Fitness!

Fitness!
IALT : tell you that what we did in fitness.
Image result for FitnessImage result for Fitness symbolIn fitness we have to run in the bike track and it wasn't challenging for me because we only have to do 1 lapse. Me , Aletheia and Monita was walking in the bike track , and also running at the end.
After that we have to be in our groups which is group 1 , group 2 and group. I am in group 1 which is Mrs. Komor and we have to do high jumps , and Planks. 
The high jumps was easy for me and the planks was hard for me because you have to do planks until it's finish.

When finish that we have to be in Mrs. Kyla group which is group 2 and we have to do squats , and step ups. The step ups was easy and the squats was a little bit hard because you have to bend your hips as far as you can.
In Mrs. Kyla group was fun.

After that we went to the last group which is Mrs. Kelly group. In Mrs. Kelly group we have to run around the yellow line and then do push ups.
For me it was easy doing those things in Mrs. Kelly group because it's fun and simple.
 Today fitness was easy and fun.
