Cyber-smart!

IALT : reflect that we have cyber-smart today.

Today we have cyber-smart. Our teacher for cyber-smart is Mrs. Shearing and she comes from the manaiakalani. For cyber-smart we are talking about the things that we need to beware on online and the things we have to do. We learned about the things that we need to be aware on online and the online site that it's not safe to buy.

We also did a presentation about the things we need to be aware and we also have to a presentation about the things we need to be aware in online.

I also got to learn that if it says http it means that the site is not secure but it says https it means that it safe.

Fitness!

Fitness!

IALT : tell you that what we did in fitness.

In fitness we have to run in the bike track and it wasn't challenging for me because we only have to do 1 lapse. Me , Aletheia and Monita was walking in the bike track , and also running at the end.

After that we have to be in our groups which is group 1 , group 2 and group. I am in group 1 which is Mrs. Komor and we have to do high jumps , and Planks. 

The high jumps was easy for me and the planks was hard for me because you have to do planks until it's finish.

When finish that we have to be in Mrs. Kyla group which is group 2 and we have to do squats , and step ups. The step ups was easy and the squats was a little bit hard because you have to bend your hips as far as you can.

In Mrs. Kyla group was fun.

After that we went to the last group which is Mrs. Kelly group. In Mrs. Kelly group we have to run around the yellow line and then do push ups.

For me it was easy doing those things in Mrs. Kelly group because it's fun and simple.

 Today fitness was easy and fun.

Reading test!

Reading test!

IALT : tell you that we are doing our reading test.

Today we did our reading test in our netbook. To get to the reading test online you have to go to this online called nzceronline.org.nz , If you wanna check the website (Click Here). We also have to put our password and also Mrs. Komor, and Kelly give us our pass-code so we can do in the online to our test.

For me the test was a little bit hard because you have to read the article and the question is all about the article. 

I found challenging is trying my best to understand the article and answering different types of question because it's hard. I didn't found challenging is answering the easy question and having fun reading the article.

There is also different types of level in the reading test which is the things that you need to finish. I need to work on reading more books so i can know many words that i don't understand.

WALT : know what i did today.

Today it's now reading time and in reading i am in wise readers group. I am working with Monita and Bianna. 

In my group we are reading about Rep a rugby and it's about a boy people rugby. I also like how they put the text together and it sounded even better. Reading is okay and i am also doing this presentation called Pānui Task - Ngā Mahi a Rehia. If you wanna checkout our reading group

IALT : tell you that i am in the class right now.

Today i am in the class right now and i am finishing my work which is exciting , and fun to do.

I love doing something in the class because it just makes wanna learn something new.

Kiwi sport!

Kiwi sport!

IALT : reflect what i did for kiwi sport.

Today we have kiwi sport and it's called run jump shot. The run jump shot is about being fit and trying your best.Also for preparing us for Athletics. Today we did different types of activities in kiwi sport and it was so fun playing those kinds of activities. Today is the second session of kiwi sport but the 1 session of kiwi sport is that the teacher is away and we don't have kiwi sport.

The games we played was.

1.) - Rabbits and rats. - 

We have to be with someone that is a similar height of us and the other side is rabbits , and the other side is rats. There will be a line in the middle. If the man said rabbits we have to catch our buddy and if our buddy is in the line of the middle we can't catch our buddy. We also get points we catch our buddy but if our buddy get away they will get a points (That's how you play the game.

For it was so fun playing the rabbits and cats. It was also exciting and challenging. My buddy won the game but it's okay.

2.) - Captured the flag - 

We have to split up. There will be 5 cones in each circle and we have to get as many cones as the other team. If who ever gets many cones will win and there will be 2 teams.

For me it was so fun playing the game. It was tie on each team.

3.) - Race the ball -

It's about catching the ball and the other person person is racing who ever gets the ball 1(first) will win.

For me it was so fun and exciting too. I did a lot of mistake catching the ball and and it was challenging for me.

I found challenging is catching the ball as fast as i could.

I didn't found challenging is participating in different kinds of games.

I need to work on improving my skills of catching the ball.

Today i am in school and i am doing things in school. I am also excited to learn new things in school. Sometimes i hate school because maybe there is too much school and that's why.
