Fitness!
IALT : reflect what i did in fitness.
Today for fitness we have to do 2 lapse in the bike track. For me it was challenging because i am not that fit and i also hate running. Me and my friend Aletheia was walking in the bike track and also running a little bit. Some people cheated and they only do 1 lapse in the bike track.
When we finish doing 2 lapse we have to movie in different kinds of group. For the 1(first) one we have Mrs. Komor and we have to do star jumps , and lunges.
For the 2(second) one we have Mrs. Kyla and we have to do step ups , and squats.
For the 3(third) one we have Mrs. Kelly and we have to run against the boys.
For today's fitness it's fun and awesome.
