Assembly!!
IALT : reflect what we did in assembly.
Today for term 4 we have assembly and for assembly we talked about health. Their was this girl and the girl said about salt , and how it effect your body. This girl said that you can test your pee about eating salt and how it looks.
You can also measure you blood preasure , height , weight and your waset.
So people can test out what i have been eating.
But i need a permission for my mum to go there. I am gonna try going there. Anyways i love testing new stuff with my friends. I am gonna be also asking my friends to come so i can have fun in there.
